It’s natural disinfectant properties has been used for centuries as antibacterial solutions and for cleaning purposes. Using apple cider vinegar can also help whiten teeth. However, use it moderately as too much exposure to vinegar (acid) can damage your teeth’s natural enamel.

Like other home remedies, it takes time, patience, discipline, and dedication to enjoying the results. Do not easily give up and be able to see white and strong teeth in a few weeks’ time.
